As a dedicated physician, Dr. West finds his work tremendously rewarding as he is able to eradicate skin cancer effectively and help patients look and feel better. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology as well as a fellow of the prestigious American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology. Dr. West received his Mohs fellowship training under the direction of Richard G. Bennett, M.D. at the University of Southern California where he was appointed Assistant Clinical Professor. He then affiliated with West Dermatology, a practice in southern California founded by his father. Dr. West has performed thousands of Mohs surgeries and reconstructions and is recognized as an expert in the field. Dr. West enjoys serving in the community and spending time with his wife and children.

William J. Wray, MPAS, PA-C

William Wray graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Michaels College in Colchester, VT in 1997.  He received a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He is NCCPA certified and has specialized in Dermatology since 2001.  Bill is trained in all aspects of Adult and Pediatric Dermatology including but not limited to Acne, Psoriasis, Eczema, Skin Cancer, Nail and Hair disease.  

Bill is highly skilled and works continuously to update his medical knowledge.  He is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Rhode Island Dermatology Society. 

The middle of nine children, Bill was born and raised in Springfield, MA. He currently makes his home in Charlestown, Rhode Island with his Wife and four children.  Bill is excited to join Seaport Dermatology and will continue to offer you and your family the highest quality of health care possible.

Meghan Brunnock, MHS, PA-C

Meghan Brunnock, PA-C received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. She completed her Master’s of Health Science and her Physician Assistant Certificate at Duke University.

She is a board certified PA with over 20 years of clinical experience. For greater than 16 of those years, she has practiced dermatology. Meghan treats patients of all ages. Specific interests include prevention and treatment of skin cancer, acne, rosacea, eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, hair loss, hidradenitis, and aging skin. Meghan is certified in patch testing which is a method used to determine whether a specific substance causes allergic inflammation of a patient’s skin. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Contact Dermatitis Society.

A native of Salem, CT, Meghan now resides in Pawcatuck with her husband, 3 daughters, and 2 cats. 

 


About Our Staff

The staff of the Seaport Dermatology & Mohs Surgery Center consists of several individuals who will serve you. Assisting Dr. West is a highly trained staff of nurses who are experienced in dealing with patients with skin cancer and who are knowledgeable about pre-operative instructions, post-operative care and possible problems that may arise.  Another important member of the team is a technician who quickly and skillfully prepares tissue specimens by the Mohs technique for microscopic examination.  Finally, the front office staff will assist you with appointment scheduling, insurance issues, and other related matters.
